Check your mail boxes and collect your 2016 Census form.
Use the 16-digit secure access code provided and follow the instructions – it’s quick and easy. If you prefer to receive a paper questionnaire you can request one by calling 1-855-699-2016: enter the 16-digit access code and follow the automated instructions. By law, your responses will be kept confidential. Please encourage friends, families, colleagues and neighbours to complete the census by May 10 – this too is the law. A response is mandatory.
